Happy New Year!

Dearest Family and Friends,

2017 flew by and as we reflect back on the last 12 months we feel more blessed than ever. We travelled, we worked hard, and are blessed to be expecting our success in business in 2018.

Shiuan continues her academic studies while taking time off with her culinary practice. She’s incredibly grateful for the cooking community and the friendships she’s developed from it. In addition, Shiuan is still a straight A’s student. Days are never the same, technology is fast pace and competitive, and most importantly the moments with teachers, classmates and friends are always the best. Life is rapidly shifting and she is excited for the opportunity to be a certified teacher.

Shiuan set her first step on Beijing, China in June, where she had the most amazing local bites! Her favorite day was spent in the Forbidden City with my childhood buddy. Everything was absolutely incredible! We travelled to Nebraska and Iowa in July, Winterset was the highlight of our trip. Yue is a big fan of the 1995 movie "The Bridges of Madison County". He wanted not only to see all the covered bridges, but also to stand where Clint Eastwood ever stood.

Lots of big changes coming in 2018 and we couldn't be more excited! Say a prayer for us as we set out for a new journey. We wish you all the blessings and joy each of you deserve in the new year.
